I love the parking lot here and the employees are very friendly. The store is very easy to navigate and you won't get lost like you can in a larger hardware store. I will definitely come back over and over again!

Rosie helped us with paint and she was super sweet. The older gentleman working with her was very friendly also. Seemed like they really enjoy their workplace! Made it very pleasant to shop in there. Had a great experience overall. Found everything we needed- from paint to a bird house.

I Called to have them check to see if they had a quart of contact cement in stock. A worker there assured me they did. I made the trip there, and they did NOT have it in stock. They offered to sell me 2 pints for only six dollars more than a quart would have cost. They should’ve sold me the two pints for exactly what the quart costs, since they said they had it and they never did. How hard is it to actually check? Went to Lowe’s instead, which is what I should have done in the first place. And it is what I will do from now on. To answer the owners question, yes I am positive I had the right Ace Hardware. I actually spoke to the guy in person that I also spoke to on the phone, and apparently, he doesn’t know the difference between a pint and a quart.

Excellent service from an excellent store location! I've purchased items large and expensive to small and inexpensive. I want to specifically mention a sales associate. I did not know him in any way. George has been a tremendous help every time I've seen him working. My first experience was with a high end Weber Grill. George has been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and I can tell you he is genuine to the core! I know he loves helping people--I can tell. You can see it and feel it in his attitude and demeanor. I am a former small business owner (now retired) and I wish I could have had all my employees emulate George...worth his weight in gold! Any business owner should be thankful to have him on board. Any business owner knows that employees can make or break a business. I'm here to tell you customers will keep coming back with repeat business because of George!!!
