MOST amazing place. Patty and her staff are phenomenal! This is the only place I will board my 2 cats, Rajah and Dynamo. I drive over an hour, one way, just to drop them off. Facility is extremely clean and organized. They have several different types of cat condos to choose from. I will usually get the larger one with the fish 🐠🐟 tank to keep my lil' ones entertained. I know that they are in good hands and being treated like family. If you are looking for a place like that... This is it! They will even email you pictures and update you about your fur babies when you are on vacation so you don't have to worry. I can't praise them enough for the wonderful care they provide and putting my mind at ease.

They took excellent care of my sweet kitty, including administering thyroid medicine twice a day. The facility was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and reassuring. I appreciated receiving daily email updates during my two week trip. My cat had never been boarded and it was important to me that she be in a cats only place to minimize her stress. We drove over an hour from the Orlando area to A Country Cat House and it was well worth the drive.

we boarded our horses here and had a horrible experience ! One of our horses was tragically killed. They didn’t even notify us when he was missing ! If you have horses I wouldn’t recommend boarding them here ! My mother and sister posted a review on here and they are trying to sue us. Lying, stating that they don’t board horses and that we were lying in our reviews. Which is completely false. My younger sister was stating her opinion ( it was her horse that died) and my mother never lied, She stated the exact same things I have said. This has just been our personal experience here. response to your response: Last time I checked the name of your place was the country cat house, you have a sign out front that says so. You may be a cat boarding place but you also offer horse boarding on your property. The property that is named the country cat house ( to be clear) it’s not my fault that is the name of the place. Besides I never said anything bad about your cat business. I stated very clearly that I was unhappy with horse boarding. And we aren’t the only people to comment something about the horses. But you seem to only have a problem with us. And slander ? Haven’t said anything false. We did board our horses here.

I’ve been taking my cat Buddy to A Country Cat House whenever I needed to travel since he was a kitten (he’s 7 now), and Champ before him stayed there as well. I highly recommend it. The staff, and Patty in particular, is very friendly, and I know Buddy is well cared for while I’m away. I usually call a couple of times during my trips, and Patty always gives me an update on how Buddy is doing. Buddy gets play/cuddle time there, as do the other cats, as they let them out individually throughout the day for some play and petting. I often have Buddy’s nails trimmed while he is there. The building is out in the country, and there are plenty of little animals running around from time to time that Buddy gets to see through the window. Once you leave Boyette road to turn into the property, there is a one-lane dirt road surrounded by long fences on either side, so be sure to check before proceeding to make sure someone isn’t coming the other way. Due to COVID concerns, the staff now comes out to your vehicle to pick up your cat(s), and to return them to you when you’re there to pick up. 2022-03-07
