They are a go-to Vet in Salem especially in a pinch. Doctors are very knowledgeable and definitely won't do something unless it IS needed. Surgery I would recommend out of Salem area just from my experience. However daily needs, small emergencies, knowledgeable staff and doctor goes the extra mile, cheaper clinic fees compared to others. Can be busy at times however in general great place to take your fluffers. Never has my dog whined to go into the vet to see the vet except here, she loves ❤️ the vet. Also put my worries at ease multiple times on her health, a lump she had aspirated to see if it was cancer, and honest evaluation on her teeth.

If you're on a budget and still want quality vet care, look no further. Easy to book appointments quickly, my pets are usually able to be seen within a week if need be. Not the most in depth exams I've ever seen, and some things can be missed (which is why I only rated 4 stars) but they're happy to perform any service or testing when asked. Again, great pricing. Recently got a male cat neutered, the base price is right around $100. If you know what your pet needs or just need routine care without breaking the bank, this is the place.

They said they would waive the office visit and didn't and that they tell you all the prices up front but not when it comes to medications. So we ended up spending 160 more than we were expecting and they had nothing to say when I emailed them about it. To top that off the medications didn't work and my mom's dog died the days later. They have no inclination that she would die as they wanted an update on a week. You would think they could have suggested putting her to sleep so she didn't suffer. But that wouldn't have made them nearly as much money.
