My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and when I checked the status of my package it showed that it was delivered by the garage. There’s no way they could deliver my package by the garage because I have a gate. 45 minutes later I see the mailman delivering my mail and I’m like ‘’why did it say that my package was delivered 45 minutes ago when the mailman is at my house now?!” Let me mention that it was a very important package for my child’s school. This is really frustrating!

If you want your mail lost or probably stolen. Move to a rural area this post office is great at that. Constantly getting a new mail carrier most of the time their rude and don’t seem like they could even get a GED. Some of the dumbest people around.

The mail carriers have been pretty nice at least in my experience. On fridays we sometimes don’t get mail however we get a lot of mail on mondays, like more that usual. Sometimes when we order packages it will come later than expected or it will say it’s been delivered and not show up. Other than that the post office is amazing.

Not being open for even a few hours on Saturdays makes this place very hard to deal with. Most people in this town work more toward Portland during the week and getting there before 5pm on weekdays is tough. Oh and by the way it better not be at 5pm on the dot because the retail area will be closed. They should be open until noon on Saturdays. Additionally the letter carrier that serves our home won't attempt to deliver items that I know that will clearly fit in our dramatically oversized mailbox and won't even consider driving the extra 30 sec to our door. Just poor service all around.
