I just want to thank the two gentlemen(sorry I forgot their names) who came all the way to Ashwood on June 8th to explain how (in the future)they plan to improve our internet service, I appreciate your candor and your truthfulness, and really do wish your company good luck in getting the grants your working for. We have had very little problem with the service reliance provides and truly appreciate the excellent customer service we get whenever we call. Thank you so much.

Takes close to a month to get internet. Guys have to install stuff, then on the day of the appt the guys again have to install more stuff. I'm in the new sub division which is wired for everything. Update: Finally got internet. Guy installing it, gave me a username and password that was assigned to the router at assembly. 20 minutes later I call tech, who were helpful, to me the installation guy already made up a username and password for me. IHATETIRES with password of tireguy75. How would I have installed this if it was after hours? The Smarthub app they recommend doesn't work and can't use any features they say will be on there because they don't exist.

I upgraded from basic DSL to Gig and it's been amazing. I used to live in Milwaukie and my gig service is better here in Estacada and cheaper than comcast in town. When they installed Fiber at my house it was so fast and easy. The install guys and support guys did a great job.

Service is decent. I’ve called in multiple times in the past couple years. I’m either lucky enough to get the lady with an attitude every time or if there is more than one lady working in the office they both have an attitude. I understand they probably deal with a certain rude kind of person on a day to day basis but I’m not that person. Maybe there needs to be another internet company in the area with competitive rates to light a fire, resulting in an attitude change so they are aware they aren’t the only option.

What do you mean signals? Wifi in your house or your internet connection to you modem? BTW, you don't have to have the phone line anymore. So that can help cut the costs some.
Do better in which sense? Are speeds not up to snuff? Is service inconsistent? If you call the help desk, they will be very happy to try to solve any problems you're seeing.
