Great little quiet place. People are really friendly and helpful. Plus they keep it very clean and manicured. Only drawback is that the mobile homes are really close together and the road/driveway is extremely narrow.

It's a stale place with horrendous speed bumps. If there are kids in The lower portion you wouldn't know as their bikes make too much noise so they aren't allowed to ride.
