Got yelled at by some old drunk and his old drunk wife. Then the same old drunk got confrontational over someone leaving clothes in the dryer which wasn't the case. Seems like the drunks party in the back corner where the jeep guys park their jeeps, and made us feel super uncomfortable when we went for a walk. There is some lady living in a van out front of another RV and there are a number of dogs that violate the strict "for some people" breed restriction rules. It is beautiful and peaceful looking out here, but the trees are getting cut down. The rules of the park are strict, and some are unreasonable. We stayed for the location, and the environment, but couldn't handle the people

The park itself is not too bad, 85 spaces. The management is really lousy. They hold you hostage. The previous reviews are from her relatives who have not been living or staying in the RV park. (Heard rumors of them posting to give her a better review). Lived there but will not go back until they change management. They now have the club house on a charge basis. When we first moved in you could use the lower section, now you are charged to go in and play pool or exercise just because someone did not clean up after themselves, so they punish the rest of the tenants. They need to get a new manager who is more friendly and a people person.

I lived there for almost a year. Management is very rude. The laundry room is out dated. There is mold in the bathrooms. The main gate is left open all the time. They don't do criminal back ground checks on everyone. If the management doesnt like you for whatever reasons you will get a NO cause eviction. Water is shut off all the time with no notice and they don't tell you why. The management circles the spaces constantly looking for reasons to write up tenants. The park itself is pretty. The spaces are descent sizes on the lower level. The new spaces that they are charging more up on the upper level is all asphalt with no trees. The spaces are half the sizes than the ones below. I wouldn't recomend this park for full time tenants. If you sign up to be a full time tenant but cant move in right away the management will sub let your space and not tell you. I have witnessed this myself. Most of the tenants live there only because all other parks are full. The office is left unlocked when the management is out of the office. The mail boxes are inside the office and have no lock on them making it easy for the homeless to get your personal information out of your mailbox.
