Love this gym. It's a great atmosphere and usually quiet. I like that I never have to wait for weights or cardio machines. Also a great price. Not too expensive.

Basic in the sense that it has exactly what you need to get the job done. And then some. Loaded with equipment and machines, perhaps a bit too many, this location lends itself well to a gym as it is quite LARGE. (Inside a former strip mall lobby and shops) Spread out, it has completely seperate areas, which makes it good for several reasons - like avoiding annoying stack slammers and knucleheads. It is also kept relatively clean for such a large space. Monthly fee good and its open 24 hours which is good for when you want to avoid peak hours.
