Worst service ever. Had them come out to clean my stove in August and failed to show up twice with no calls to notify me. Lost time from work. Then tried start up after cleaning and would not burn properly then overflowed the pot and had excessive fire. Blew off on first appointment and then sent out "repairman" that didn't even know how to open the stove. Was supposed to call to set up new appointment and never called. Called to complain and received a very rude answer. Never again will I use Maupins Stoves. Would give no stars but would not allow me to post.

Amazing friendly customer service and thorough knowledge of all their products. We have bought two stoves from them within the past 7 years due to moving and fully appreciated the technical support with our new gas stove. Best buying experience ever hands down!

We were told that it would be in hopefully by Thanks Giving , yes the insert is in with wires and large gaps between the insert and old fireplace walls, not finished to date really disappointed....not even where we can turn it on.... over $4000.00 and if our electric goes out we are sitting in the cold....we have called several times, and yes they came out, but other issues seemed to be in the way.....of hooking it up.... like we were suppose to know that certain things needed to happen after the inspection... we were depending on them to keep us informed as we have never done this before and they are knowledgeable in this field....inspection was a few days after Thanks Giving... and here we are. A few days before Christmas.....

Proven service for us. We bought a BLAZE KING Princess wood stove in 2008. They have excellence in service and product knowledge. You won't find anything close to this in the large chain stores. Here a team you can buy from today and expect them to be in your corner every step of the way. I needed to do some maintenance on my wood stove 8 years later in FEB 2017 and they bent over backwards to get all questions answered. The had plenty of instock parts to choose from and carry only the top of the line products. Prices are better then Costco and Portland. Quality always pays off and if you can get a good value with the quality service that's a winner for us. YES we recommend them!! Alot

Randy, I called Quadrafire and they still do not have one of your needed parts in stock. All they can tell me is "soon" I am so sorry, I know it is getting cold too.
