Amanda!!!! Amanda!!! Amanda!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Let me tell you about my experience. I am a truck driver and I was moving things from one state to another. I got the runaround from so many storage places when I was on the phone and in person I got extremely frustrated. I walked into public storage on 47th St. in Raytown. After speaking with Amanda for two minutes I’ve felt so relieved. She was so professional, so patient, so understanding, she explained everything so clearly. It didn’t matter to her that I came in close to quitting time she walked the property with me to show me the unit I was looking to rent. She didn’t rush me, she didn’t make me feel like I was a bother to her. This company needs to show her some appreciation. She is the reason all of my Storage needs will remain here and only here. Amanda is awesome, please keep up the good work. Thank you so much for your time.
