I was an in emergency situation where I needed to move in 48 hours and Extra Space Storage did not disappoint. Lexee was super helpful and got me the perfect unit that not only accommodated my space needs, but also was easily accessible while loading the unit. I wish she was my landlord the way she cared about my items during my moving experience. 5 stars.

Like some others have said, our experience here started out great. On site staff was great, building was clean and well lit, good value for the price. Then, a couple months after we moved in, we received notice that our rent was going to MORE THAN DOUBLE! We called to complain and after a few were notified that we had qualified for a special rate that just under double what we had been paying. No thank you! So, a few months after moving our stuff in we moved it back out. If you rent space here, be prepared for big price increases.

Overall started as a great experience. We wanted a place to put Christmas and Halloween decorations until we needed them. It was for Extra Space on the house and at the web based price it would be worth it. Well to my surprise after only three payments my rate was being increased to 79 from 44. That's a massive increase. After speaking with customer service and hearing "MARKET PRICE" a dozen or so times I explained this is a traditional bait and switch to which she put in for a rate decrease but it was only reduced to 65 like that was a favor to me, when the walk in price says 49 so just be warned you'll probably get a rate hike from the web price. That said the facility is nice and clean and climate controlled all a plus.
