Best service in the area hands down! Fast reliable and quality service techs (a dying breed) that know exactly what to do. I brought my Jackhammer to them in the morning they gave it back to me 4 hrs later with new brushes and a brand new cord- this hammer is 2 years old and it gets used and abused as I demo concrete constantly, but still going strong.

I understand the gripe of tools not coming with batteries and a charger these days.... but, the tools are priced accordingly. There are package deals out there to be found. I buy mine without because I like to step up to a larger capacity battery.... and thus, I appreciate not having to buy the smaller batteries that go unused. I use the larger batteries in my drills, sanders and even my chain saws... so it is nice to have this option. I will never buy from a different manufacturer again... tried all of the big ones, from Ryobi, DeWalt, Milwaukee etc.... Makitas batteries are the only way to work...

Excellent tool service. I have been coming to this Makita service center for over 10 years. Always the best service, liberal warranty interpretation, fast turnaround and knowledgeable techs. Recently I bought a pair of 5 AH lxt batteries and discovered they did not fit two of my cordless tools. I looked online to see why and found all sorts of hacks, opinions and conjectures. Then I called Roger at the Makita service center and he told me to bring in the tools. They updated the tools to accept the new style batteries at no cost, plus replaced a bad battery that was over 3 years old but had a low charge count. Makita tools are amazing. I have 14 of their cordless tools and highly recommend them.
