As with all McMenamin’s, the ambiance is what it’s all about. Check the pictures. The Crystal Ballroom is upstairs, so when there’s an event, like a concert, it can be busy and noisy (boomy). The burgers are good, as always. The service was slow, as happens sometimes at McMenamin’s. All in all, a good downtown experience but if you want fine dining and great service, look elsewhere. This place is all about the vibe. The look. The building. The decorations. I mean, it’s a pub. And it’s McMenamin’s.

Ok a couple things on this one. They have very very good food, secondly we waited something like an hour and a half for our food, we ordered some beers and after we ordered our food we didn't see our server again until shortly before our food came out. So we were able to order 1 more drink and didn't see our server again until our checks came than mixed up everyones cards and charged everyone cards wrong and couldn't fix it.

Love this place great food & atmosphere. Shuffle board, pool tables and pinball. So may unique things to see.

Amazing ambience, good alcohol selection and delicious food. Was a good night out. I recommend the wine flights, it was a kicker, felt like concentrated versions of popular wines. The white rabbit was my favourite. The happy hour food was good as well. The interiors were definitely kitschy and different from normal bars, but that was a given knowing the historic nature of the pub. I love the name Ringler's too.
