We were reluctant to come here after some bad customer service. Walked in the door and was greeted by a pleasant agent. When we explained our frustration the agent knew the exact cause of that frustration. Theú had fired the employee who was causing frustration with many customers. We also learned that the manafacture of the chair we need to replace no longer is in business. So away we went with the process of obtaining a replacement lite weight chair. One rotten apple spoiled the whole barrel.

Always had great service from numotion the same tech I had in 2012 fitted my newest wheelchair and I can count on them for any questions I have there app though is kind of lacking

Called the after hours number about my wheelchair, the front wheel had come off and separated from the hub, they put in a work order for tech to come out the next day. I called the office in the am and they had a tech out in a few hours and replaced the front wheel for me and now I am up and going again. Thank you so much. So far great service.

There are no words to describe how incompetent this company is. They take months and months to get parts to fix a wheelchair. They never have all the parts needed when they finally show up months after ordering needed parts, which keeps you waiting a few more months before all the parts are in and everything is finished. This makes them very neglectful of our disabled people who need equipment in good repair. I would not even give this company one star. When they were United Seating and Mobility they did a great job. It has gone way down hill since Nu Motion bought them out. The problems we have had with them are repeated each and every time we need a repair. I am looking into finding a different local company to work with us. Don't go to this company.
