I spoke w/Steven r/e an auto withdrawal that appeared on my bank account from another location (North Oak who didn’t return my call). Steven was very professional & handled the issue promptly. I can't recommend Go Car Wash. I tried the wash in early February because I was considering a wash subscription. I purchased a "Go Big" wash using a $5 off coupon. The attendant on duty stated I may need a second wash because of the road salt and encouraged me to take advantage of the 48 hour guarantee for a second wash. He was right and I returned the next day to get the spots the wash missed. The kiosk was not working, so it took about five minutes for an attendant to help get me into the wash. Once through the wash, I pulled into a vacuum bay to dry my doorjambs. I noticed a piece of trim had broken off of my front bumper. The same attendant that helped me with the kiosk ran into the wash and found the broken piece of trim. He then helped me start the claim paperwork, while another worker took pictures of the damage. I was told they'd be in contact within three business days. A week goes by with no update, so I call and speak with GM Ben. Ben explained he reviewed the footage from my initial visit and didn't see any damage. I explained it happened the next day and reiterated the time, which was already listed on the claim form. He also asked if I recalled the person that helped me, which I didn't, but could easily be found from his work schedule. We ended the call with Ben saying he'd review the footage from the correct date/time. Still no word a week and a half later. I touched base with the corporate office, who apologized for not being able to assist. This was a $65 piece of trim that I was able to replace myself, but the inaction from the team at Go on something that could have easily been resolved means I'll take the family's vehicles elsewhere.

I am giving a 1 because I could not give a zero They did send me for the second wash after I see the marks on the car, but it was still the same. There was no manager to respond and they wanted me to go for another wash Waste of time rather I could do that at my premises

When the wash was built on Wornall Road there was some representation that would be the case there. I would suspect that is not the position systemwide. Most all the washes direct that use of the vacuum is to be done after the wash. It's not a charity.
