Tommy used to work on the docks, now he owns a car wash. This place will give you OCD about cleaning your car. The rainbow wax treatment is a Willy Wonka level boat ride experience. Be prepared.

They're great! I like the free vacuums. I only wish the parking lot was bigger and that it didn't get so crowded 😩 I will say that the washes are incredibly quick.

My wife Kim posted a one star review a week ago because the Tommy’s employee was stacking cars in too close and we were rear ended. New cars like ours require you to hit brake before putting in gear from neutral. Tommy’s responded they want to improve and to call their manager Kelsy. because no one answered the phone after multiple attempts we thought we would just go there and give them another try. Again before entering the car wash the car behind us was hugging my bumper so I got out and politely asked them to give some space because we were rear ended last time. The driver was happy to be alert of the danger. Upon exiting the car wash the manager, Kelsy the very one we were supposed to call, came out and scolded us for getting out of our car. I told her that last time we were rear ended because they were stacking the cars in too close. She said that’s not our fault that’s because drivers don’t know how to drive. She was rude and condescending. We are canceling our membership and are advising our friends and family to not go there.

I had a Equinox, took it to Tommy and the wash did a good job of cleaning the car except it almost knocked off my rear wiper blade cover a few times so I got use to taking it off before entering the wash. I recently purchased a Tundra and I must say it was a tight fit entering the station. My extended mirrors were close to both sides entering but it did fit. Exiting I noticed my driver side mirror was bent forward (not supposed to) so it some how happened on one of the spinning things. I bent it back and kept driving. Both vehicles were very clean, tires shining and a dry vehicle, can’t complain. I don’t have a membership and on all washes I used the $20 wash.
