I am not at all impressed. I paid over $40 for the whole package. I get in my car and the dashboard wasn't even touched and it doesn't even look like the seats were vacuumed. I would have gone inside and complained in person but I had somewhere to be. I do not recommend this place. Either find someplace else or do it yourself. Because clearly this place is a scam and charge you for services they don't even do. Disappointed.

Nice and convenient but they aren't super thorough, even when you pay for the most detailed service. They didn't clean the inside of my doors, the center console was still dirty, my rearview mirror was grimy with smears (was clean when I brought the car to the wash), and there are watermarks & grime on my side mirrors (they look worse than before they cleaned my car). I expected better service, especially when paying for "The Whole Thing."

Beware! I live about 15 miles from this Carwash and only drive through when I was in town. On Feb 10 th I went to renew the membership. I was trusting, busy and in a hurry. Instead of renewing at the level I was on, they boosted me to the highest level. Crooks! Called customer service and the representative tells me they’d started charging me at the lowest level. He has to check to see if I get any kind of refund. Hmmm. I guess 2 exterior only Carwashes cost 100 dollars. I trust most people and I guess everyone needs to make money but this is absolutely crazy! Other than this incident, I was very happy but right is right.

After having a good experience with them in November I decided to try them again. I explained what I needed to there fast chicken fillet like service . When my car was done, I inspected it. None of the trash was removed and the areas under the trash not vacuumed. The center console needed additional cleaning. The manager informed me they no longer remove trash. Which is crazy because they have 2 trashcan by every car. He offered me a full refund . He didn't apologize and was beyond rude. I tipped the detailer for his detail work.
