The pharmacy staff are excellent! They're very kind, efficient, work very hard, and have always bent over backwards to solve any problems. I've never been to a better pharmacy. The rating they have on here is actually that of the average customer and not the pharmacy itself. Don't be fooled by all the entitled, ignorant, and frankly ridiculous negative reviews. The reason many pharmacies are now closing daily for half an hour is because a pharmacist literally worked theirself to death while on the clock. Speaking from personal experience, it's almost always the insurance company's or prescriber's fault for difficulties in filling prescriptions, not the pharmacy. Corporate negligence and the aforementioned rude customers has left them understaffed, however. Bottom line: Be patient and understanding of the pressure they're under because a mistake on their part could kill someone.

Thy only have max 4 people working at one time. They will help someone then go in the back for five minutes before helping you. They never have the prescription done on time. They give you the wrong amount sometimes, or they won’t give you your prescription at all. If you have the ability to go to a different pharmacy do it it’s not even worth it.

Had multiple family members come get a shot here. All asked different questions such as SSN or insurance to no questions asked at all. It is concerning when there doesn't seem to be a SOP standard operating procedure when it comes to medical care as this could lead to many preventable mistakes.

I have no idea what this staff does here. I have had issues getting my prescription filled every single time with every single doctor i have. My doctors have called in prescriptions multiple times only for the pharmacy to say they don't have it. My doctor can tell me who they spoke with but somehow the prescription is magically just not there despite their conversation. I wish my insurance let me go to Walgreens. This place is the absolute WORST!
