Gabe has been the one helping me with my truck since I bought in May. He is very professional and friendly. Wouldn't want anyone other than him helping me out.

I was on time, they were late. It took over an hour to finish. And for paying over $100.00 for an oil change service, you would think they would have at least vacuumed the inside of my car or washed it like they do at other dealerships. And they didn’t sanitize my car after them being in it.They had no cups for water and no coffee out like when I had just bought my car three weeks prior. I felt stuck.

Came for an oil change and was quoted a price. Wait was pretty quick about a hour. Went to pay and it was less because I didn't need a tire rotation... also changed my FOB battery and car was vacuumed. Great service.

Yes we do!
If your check engine light is on steady and yellow, we recommend first checking your gas cap for being fully tightened. If this does not solve the issue, then we recommend calling and setting an appointment to have your vehicle inspected. If your check engine light is yellow and flashing, we recommend having it towed in immediately
No sales tax on Parts or Service to Oregon buyers!
It is not necessary, however; we recommend it as we are a first come first service basis.
Yes we do! We offer flexible monthly payments on the service of your vehicle.
Yes we can help facilitate getting the vehicle to the dealership to get recall completed
Dick Hannah Dealerships has made modifications to our operations. Social Distancing protocols are in place per guidelines. Signage and floor decals help to ensure all people maintain appropriate distance. • All staff members are wearing masks when dealing with the public. • Plastic barriers have been installed, where appropriate. • Additional hand sanitizer stations are installed • All vehicle touch-surfaces such as door handles, steering wheels, etc., are being sanitized • All employees are instructed on sanitizing their own work spaces. • Our cleaning staff is being extra diligent and using industrial-grade products. We have reiterated with all of our employees the importance of washing their hands thoroughly, and using hand sanitizer when necessary. Any employees who feel ill or show symptoms will be required to stay home. For more information, check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLzlBD6zwbA
