Totally scam do not switch Riverside payment they told me they can save 1.5 % then my current provider after I see statement there charge is more then my previous provider please donβt switch with this company. Hay all small business owners be careful with river side payment donβt switch with your Murchent with them they are totally scam I switch with them March 17, 2022 they give me lower rate which is $400 less then current provider I decided to switch with them today is the day may 8 they have no access I can see my statement I call them they are working on it I got a charge $675 dollar higher then I used to pay same amount of volume and total transactions I am so upset I call them they donβt response I have price match paper work which is I want to post the same time but no way I can get my statement that is totally scam I recommend all business owner please do not go with Riverside before you go think 100 times if there is 0 star π

This company is dishonest and has no care for what they tell you. Since the moment they walked in to the door of my small business I was fed lies. I informed them I was starting a new business and did not need services until then. I was told there would be no charges until I ACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT. this was a lie, as soon as I gave them my check information to sign up with them the charges started rolling in. I have now accumulated over 1600$ in charges for a service I have never used. if I could give less than a one star review I would. have called customer service several times. have been told the refund was processed and when I went ahead and informed them that the refund had in fact not been processed I was told "their computer was crashing and they needed to call me back", then calling them back they put me on hold and the call randomly drops! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I WILL BE TURNING RIVERSIDE PAYMENTS INTO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently signed up with Riverside to process my credit and debit sales at my store. They were able to get me a substantially better rate than I was paying my previous merchant service company. My sales rep, Alan, made the whole process very simple and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend checking them out.

If you have a different merchant prior they can save you money on your monthly merchant bill. The thing is though, is they send you 2 new machines so that means a new lease for 4 years for 2 machines when you only need 1. All prior lease payments won't matter. Eventually they will pay off your old lease for you, but you have to start over. So if you had 1 machine prior and your lease bill was $40, it will go to $80 for 4 years.
You lease the equipment and they walk you through the setup over the phone. It's very simple.
