Recommend parts department have representation during selling hours to allow for new purchases having the opportunity to purchase accessories when buying new.

I recently took my Malibu into Glendora Chevrolet for an oil change. Making the appointment was easy and quick. The service writer, Rolando, greeted me on time. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. My car was done on time. When I went to pick it up, it was ready and the whole process of picking it up and heading out took about 10 minutes. This was the best customer service and car service I’ve had in years.
