Update 6/27/2022: cost went up about 50% over last year and they car is still not clean and streaks are everywhere. Paid $36 with the free super wash card that I had. Seems kind of steep if you ask me. Would have been $50 without the free card. Tire shine was only partially applied. Asked about it and they said “it’s the best they can do”. Unreal! Wasn’t going to come back but wanted to give it another shot. My mistake. Service has progressively declined over the past couple years. Was much better when it was Green Lantern or whatever the name was before Charlie's Car Wash. Left today after Signature $20 wash plus wipe down and tire shine. Wipe down was average at best. I should have looked it over before I left, but was in a hurry and needed to get to a meeting. As I was driving by the grocery store next door, I noticed water in the back window, which is totally normal after a wash. However, I pulled over to wipe it down so not to get water spots and found streaks and dirt all over the back. Looked at my tires and the tire shine was not cover all of the tires. I do not recommend this car wash anymore. Very disappointing. Especially when I spent $20+5 for tire shine/wipe down.

This place has gone WAY downhill! $54.74 and my car is still dirty. I paid for the interior to be cleaned and I had to call them out on several spots they missed, AND it's still not clean. I had to just leave because I was frustrated, and embarrassed for them.

They do a good job. Interior cleaning is great, car wash itself is fine. Would go back but does require some free time for interior cleaning.

I went here yesterday and spent $43 on getting my car washed and the interior cleaned. I understand these are teenagers and young adults working here but they didn’t clean the trash out of my side pockets in my car, they didn’t wipe down the back of the passenger seat where my toddlers shoe alway hit, and they missed a few spots vacuuming. I ended up having to wipe down the inside of my car, re-vacuuming & taking the trash out. I know they sound minor but I spent $43 for something I didn’t want to do. I so badly wanted Charlie’s to do a good job. Maybe next time 🥺
