The facility is fine. This review is in relation to the fine print on the rental agreement that states they can adjust the rental rate at any time. I've been renting a unit for 6 months and they increased my rate $50 per month. ($186 to $236). Customer service representative basically said we can increase rate at any time per the contract and feel free to move to another facility as we are not going to adjust the rate back to a lower price.

I must say this location is the best location I have ever stored my items at. The reason is the amazing property manager Allison Webb. I relocated from South Carolina and she worked with me after having to move after a hurricane. I recommend this location because she truly is not just doing her job, she is going above and beyond as a kind, compassionate person. I wish I could rent 5 more units primarily because of her attitude. Thank you for not just being a great property manager but also a great person!!!!

A few years ago my Wife and I moved to Kansas. I knew there was Public Storage to facilitate our items. My Parents recommended a Public Storage closest to me on Spruce st. Wow! What great customer service. Tina, the property manager was so accommodating and super nice, when I arrived. As the months go by and each time I pay my storage bill, Tina is always nice and with a smile. Great customer service. Five stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Questions & Answers

How much do I have to pay to get my account as current as it can be without paying in full?

First month free if you agree to pay full price for the unit per month. They have a deal online Thats cheaper but you have to pay the full amount up front.
