Bought a travel trailer from this place. What a joke! Took it on our first trip and nothing but problems. Warranty did not fix anything when it was taken back to the shop like they said they did. Lady in the warranty side is absolutely clueless is to what needed fixed even though she was showed and she even took pictures of the issues. Went for another camping trip and now the slide out doesn’t work. Brand new. Never used until we purchased it. Staff is awful. Not very informative. Totally clueless. If I could I would not given them absolutely no stars.

Easy Peasy, from the salesman to finance. Everyone knew their stuff. Our salesman helped us a lot with choosing the right trailer for our need. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Alexa, in finance was excellent. Everything done quickly and painlessly. I definitely will recommend Best Choice Trailers. Thanks guys!

We purchased a brand new Apex 245BHS at Best Choice RVs. We have had a great experience all around. Our sales rep did a great job of answering all my questions and getting things ready for us to pick up the RV. They did a great job of inspecting the RV and getting it ready for us to use right off the lot. We really appreciated the walk through from the service department to ensure that we knew how everything worked. We went on multiple trips this summer and had very few issues. We had a problem with our hot water heater and the service department worked with me to find a good day and time to bring it in to be serviced and fixed. They repaired the hot water heater under the warranty and also did several repairs on other smaller issues. Thank you to all the employees who have helped us with our first RV purchase. Thank you to George (sales), Jeff (service), Sam (service), and Paul (GM).
