Purchasing my new Chevy Silverado from Harbor Chevrolet was a great experience. They made the whole transaction simple from start to finish. New truck inventory is so hard to come by right now and they were still willing to reserve a truck that was in transit for me even though I live 350 miles away from the dealership. Salvador was very accommodating during the negotiation process and when he wasn't available Andrew stepped right in to close the deal. They even made trading in my old car simple! I received a fair price without having to negotiate. When I arrived at the dealership to complete the paperwork they were ready and waiting for me. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to acknowledge my wife and me. I highly recommend Harbor Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. They really know how to treat their customers!

About three months ago George Lopez and The staff from Harbor Chevrolet helped me tremendously. I needed a truck that I can use for work as well as for my family. I was dreading going to the dealership after just having a baby and having a small toddler but George made sure that I was well taken care of even looking after the little ones while I get paperwork squared away, Also accommodating me with time while I left to go pump and pick up my other child. He made it so easy anything that I couldn’t do right then and there he just shot me a simple text message and I was able to get everything taken care of. He made trading in my car so easy and for this he will always have my business I really don’t see anyone else helping me out and accommodating me the way that he did and this is gonna be my forever dealership. So far I love my truck! After having a baby I was also nervous about the big purchase but I would not trade it for the world and if I could do it all over again I would definitely do it again! Harbor Chevrolet was excellent and exceeded our expectations, Derrick immediately called me when I inquired on a vehicle online. I don’t believe it took longer than 5 minutes from when I sent my email. Derrick called me and informed me that Josh in finance would reach out to me, I received Josh’s phone call and based on the amazing customer service we began our car buying journey. Once we got to the dealer we were immediately greeted by Derrick and Josh, the entire team and experience was just amazing. We felt comfortable, we were not pressured or rushed. My daughter was in a car accident a couple weeks ago and her car was totaled. We went out to get her a new car and it was just a nightmare. We had a blank draft check from our financial institution to avoid the back and forth with the dealerships. One after another, they were dishonest and I caught them in lies or they tried to bully their dealership up sells on us. Fortunately we made a stop at Harbor Chevrolet and it was night and day. George Lopez (yes, that’s his real name) was just awesome. He was honest and straight up. He asked if we had visited any other dealerships. After I told him the experiences we had with the other dealerships, he was empathetic and made it his mission to make us a deal that would be beneficial for both parties.
