Not a safe place to stay there. No security system, no security camera. Feels like, they r promoting vandalism. Some strangers broke my car’s window n steal my some cash and stuff from my car. I complained about that but, In my conversation with the management team, they don’t care about their customers. I do not like to give even 1 star. But, I don’t have any choice. So giving 1 star. Any body who wants to live in safe environment n love ur car and car’s window, this apartment is not for them.

I enjoy living here. For the price, it's a great, quiet, family-friendly apartment with a playground for kids. The neighbors are nice. You do have to go to a laundromat but there's one right across the street. I haven't had any significant pest issues, there are some mice in winter and some roaches but they take care of it and it's not nearly as bad as other places around here. I have always paid my rent on time and the landlord has always been accomodating to my maintenance needs and other requests. Some of the appliances are a little old but that's expected in a vintage affordable place like this, and they will replace things that aren't working in my experience. I live in a studio currently but even when I have a little more money to live in a bigger place I hope to live here.

Very very unhappy with this place; we're outta here as soon as the lease is up. It's roach infested, old and rundown, there are 100 screaming children running around nonstop. And recently we had a breaker go out and we went to the office to tell someone and apparently they had decided to close half an hour early without any notice so we went all night with no power - or ac - then when I went to the office the next day and told them they said they'd "have someone right on that", hours later I am sitting in the dark waiting on then still.

I have lived there for five years until I was able to buy my house and every time I had a problem in my apartment I was attended quickly by the management staff there. There is a lot of nice open space for the kids; I also recommended the place to my friend, she still lives there to this day, and she's happy there. And I never paid the late fee because I always paid my rent on time.
