Like the food dislike the particular franchise. Workers are slow, didn't have several customers food correct, and it wasn't fresh. They need to hire quality people who actually will do quality work...

I live 5-7 minutes from burger King. I love burger King but this particular BK I don't understand. 5-7 minutes to get home and it is cold like it was just taken out of the fridge. Improve the quality of service and food and get busy again.

Food is fine but the customer service is terrible. The last few times I've came here they had attitudes, no manners at all and just gave me that mean look. One time I even asked to switch my fries to something else and was told no, you can you just have to pay more. I'm tired of the employees here that I'm def going to be driving further for better service.
