My food didn't taste very fresh I had to throw it all out. I should've known how fast it came out. Disappointed as I usually have a good experience. Tempted to go get my money back. The crabs and potatoes looked pretty beat up

I haven't been to Krab Kingz in about 3 years, with the last time being at the location on Broadway. Took my son here for his 12th birthday (his choice) and he loved every bit of it!!! The food was HOT & DELICIOUS 😋 & trust me when I say that it won't be another 3 years before I go back, because the food AND customer service was PHENOMENAL!!! The cashier was pleasant & patient, something that is not prevalent these days. Good job!!!

The young lady at the counter did not speak to us when we walked in. In fact she just sat there blanked face. We didn't know if she was ready or what....these businesses need to understand we are spending way too much money in these facilities to be putting up with rude, young, no personality having employees! I'd rather spend my money where I feel appreciated for coming. What's wrong with these people working now days? Well I won't be back. To many other seafood restaurants with NICE employees!!!!!

First time I ever got. Seafood Boil. I usually make my own. The eggs were not edible. The crab legs were very dry and over cooked. The shrimp sausage and potatoes were good. Next time i will spend my 60 bucks on my own boil.
