Pizza Hut on 70th and state avenue with the General Manager Katherine are rude very unprofessional liars and they steal from work the disabled! My family placed an order and they let John Doe pick up family food! Now the refuse to give us a refund or show us proof of the food being picked up! We have been yelled at and disrespected and hung up on!! No food and no refund we payed for some other family to eat and left mines starving I give you guys a round of applause for your horrible service...

Since Flynn took over pizza hut in KC. The improvements are great. The dough isn't quick thawed and the right amount of ingredients are used. The new ovens cook perfectly. It reminds when I was a kid and pizza hut was the place to go for pizza.

I waited 2 hours for the kids dinner to arrive, called to check on the status, only to be informed they didn't have product therefore they closed out my order and didn't call to let us know.

I ordered a medium meat lovers on pan crust no sausage with green peppers. What I got was a thin crust pizza with very little cheese and mushrooms in addition to sausage and green peppers. I called and the phone associate offered to redo the pizza by giving me a credit. I called to use the credit the next day and the manager, Jyer and General Manager, Wendy refused to honor the credit. They accused me of lying and saying that they have so many people who call to get free food. I have filed a complaint and want this franchise owner to know how poorly the food and the customer service is at this location. Maybe they need to hire managers who aren't prejudice and can actually encourage the staff to make pizzas as the customers order it the first time and Everytime.
