Hi Dan. Yes, our name was True Door Property Management for a short time. We were named Real Property Management for 9 years. We changed our name briefly in 2018 to True Door, but changed back to Real Property Management by the end of 2018.
Glad you asked. The fee structure for a single family home or a condo starts at 5.9% of rent each month. We call that a management fee, it charged each month as we collect the rent. We also have other plans available if you would prefer more features. If we are talking about a 4 unit apartment building, the management fee is also 5.9% of rent.
