My experience with ClearPath Lending was great. My loan officer was Ron Mir. He was a great help throughout the process of my refinance, and he helped me every step of the way. The whole process was done in days. I appreciate the fact that Ron was available whenever I had questions be it by text or call. It was also impressive that they got a lawyer from Holler Law Firm, Andrew Raynal, to my home to sign the final paperwork. He was really kind, and helped me also with any questions that I had. I will be using him for any further needs. I highly recommend ClearPath Lending, Inc. to anyone in need of refinancing or buying a home.

Then staff is amazing. We had wonderful people that we worked with. They made the re finance process as smooth and easy as I have ever seen. They were very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we had a question. It didn’t seem to matter when I had a question they would get back to me within a very short time frame. They do an amazing job working with VA loans. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Refinancing with ClearPath was incredibly easy. The ladies that helped me kept in constant contact to ensure we knew exactly where we were in the process, answering any questions that came up. We are excited to see if any further savings can be had as they monitor the market for us, which is a fantastic benefit so we don't have to do it ourselves and will adjust our rate for us. AND being able to push our first payment for 2 months was a nice perk!

I worked with Nicholas Williamson and he made the entire process very easy and stress free. He started by walking me through how my refinance option compared to my current loan and his recommendation based on what he would do if he was in my shoes. I was already going through the refinance process with another lender but chose to work with Nicholas based on the high quality customer service. I don't know if the high level of customer service is the normal throughout the company but if it is then I would highly recommend working with them for any of you home mortgage needs.

How do I get you to quit sending me letters. I have no desire to refinance and you are getting on my nerves.

Call and ask to be removed from the marketing list. They are really good about honoring your requests for less mail.

I received a call from the FTC today asking if ClearPath is offering their clients an incentive (gift card, waive a fee, etc.) in exchange for positive online reviews. Can anyone confirm this?

FTC is the Fair Trade Commission. They offered me an Amazon gift card if I gave them a 5 star review on Google or Yelp and I guess that is illegal?

There's always a closing cost just depends on who is paying it. Either the buyer or the seller.

That depends on who your servicer is... you should have all that information provided to you in your closing documents and you should receive a welcome packet in the mail along with a statement.
