I don’t ever write bad reviews but this one deserved it…. 1) we asked for 4 frozen coffees. they said they can’t because the blender is broken 2) so we said 2 iced coffees. when we pulled to the front, she hands us 1 3.) i ask, “where is the second one” and she said, “you only ordered one” 4.) “Well, can i get the second one?” and she said, “you have to pull back around and get back in line” 5.) I didn’t get a receipt so I was like, “how much did i even pay” and she said, “$3 something” 6.) so we left disappointed absolutely horrible drive thru worker with zero customer service general booth dunkin, 8:10am, receipt #334 6/2/22.

My order is never correct, they are always out of something and sometimes they don’t tell me they’re out of what I ordered they just leave it out of the bag. I always place mobile orders and sometimes is always wrong😑 I don’t blame the workers I feel like this is a management problem and they need to do better.

I mean yeah they could be “nicer” but in the morning they’re just trying to get people in and out as quick as possible. I’m the mornings they are wild fast, I never have to worry about budgeting in time. They gave my order as soon as I pull up to the window each time.

Worst Dunkin. Ordered a signature caramel craze latte and a large vanilla ice coffee with extra ice, both were made incorrect. Talk to the one of the employee and was arguing with me whether or not the ice coffee had cream and sugar. Tried the drink and it was not sweet and of course no cream. Had to ask for cream to add.
