I usually don’t have an issue, but this morning I ordered a breakfast burrito and when I got it, the tortilla was hard and it was poorly wrapped like they just folded it over like a taco.

I'm not sure if the person making my breakfast this morning was having a bad day but this is absolutely unacceptable. I've never in my life experienced this. Usually when I get a bagel, there's a bunch, if not too much, cream cheese. This morning, I get bread. With how things are right now, I expect a lot more for my money. Absolutely disgusted today.

Store was busy and chaotic but KB used humor and positive communication to make the wait much more bearable. As a former Food and Beverage Manager, she's the kind of employee you hope to have. GREAT JOB!

The employees laughed in my face. Trying to be helpful, I went inside to tell them that the air pump is broken and offered to put the “out of service” sign on the pump. It’s actually a blue cover that slips over the pump. The line was long and the 2 employees didn’t even bother to stop the random conversation they were having to talk to the customers in line. The only time they stopped talking was to tell a customer what their change was. When I told them about the pump being broken and offered to put the cover on the machine they both laughed in my face and said to the man behind me, ”shoot do you how many people have tried to rectify that situation. I’ve told them. We ain’t got no cover.” They never spoke to me again and went on to the next customer and made jokes with him about the situation dismissing my presence as I was trying to tell them there was a cover 3 days prior. Zero customer service skills. Before I even got to front of the line I could already sense how they would behave when I got there. As I was leaving there was a line of cars waiting at the air pump each having to park, get out, try the pump and then drive off when they realized it was broken. I imagine this goes on all day everyday. There’s no such thing as friendly customer service anymore.
