First they tried to act like they didnt want to do an oil change to my car but they do take it and then finally get a call at end of day saying the tech wont touch my car cause it has after market drain plug and doesnt feel safe. REALLY, thats your job and you dont feel safe? Thats fine i dont feel safe with my car in the hands of people that have obviously dont know how to work on cars. They knew what they had to do they took my car all day and wasted my time telling me after that they wont work on it. An oil change thats it smh. Never agin after going here for years will i ever spend another dime at firestone

We had a problem tire. They repaired this tire about a month ago. Removed shrapnel, plug and patch. The tire went flat again. They worked us in quickly. The wheel had several beading issues. They fixed us up. Sent us on our way. Thanks Firestone team.
