Amazing turnaround time. I had dropped off a roll of film to be developed and scanned, and was expecting to wait a day or two based off what I've read online. To my surprise, not even 2 hours later, I got an email with my scanned photos! They all came out great, and I will definitely be back to develop more photos!

The scans that they produce are very good, however they do not treat the negatives with any ounce of care. That is vital as someone who scans their film at home and actually cares about their work. They have scanned and developed over 50 rolls of medium format and 35 and a majority of the photos come with scratches and light leaks, some so bad that photos become unusable. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for too long and after asking them to please take proper care of them, I must take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do as well.

I love the photolab! Have been coming here for years to get my film developed and they’re awesome. If you catch them on a not super busy day they can have your film back to you in less than 24 hours. All of the staff here is so friendly and willing to work with you and educate you. I recommend this place to everyone ◡̈

I’ve relied on Dave and his crew at The Photo Lab to handle my film processing/scanning for my work for years. They are very straight forward and accurate letting me know just when I’ll receive my files via WeTransfer (if anything, they come early!). The quality of the scans is always top notch. Everyone who works there is so friendly, and helpful. I do, and will continue to, send all of my casual/professional photo friends to The Photo Lab in Costa Mesa.
