Lately I have been very disappointed with the service here. This morning we stopped for breakfast and got an egg McMuffin and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. First off, the egg McMuffin didn't have Canadian bacon on it, it had three little pieces of burnt bacon on it. The bacon on the bagel wasn't completely cooked. When I order something I do expect at least an effort to get it right.

Very slow, drive through wasn't moving, went inside, again slow. They didn't give us the sauce for the chicken nuggets we asked for twice, no ketchup or napkins. Not happy at all.15 miles down the road to eat. No sauce, really not happy at all. Food was lousey on top of that.

Don't pay attention to the hours of operation! As I sat in line at the drive thru watching people give up and leave, I ventured into the lobby to find no one. I called out and finally someone came to the front. Despite it being 5:30 in the morning, the employee claimed they were not open because of staffing shortages. I get that new world we live in BUT how about posting a sign in the drive thru line!!!! Some of us are trying to get to work and don't have time to sit in a line for a business that is closed. Could you please be more considerate???

After giving this place countless opportunities, they are consistently terrible. The service is friendly on some occasions, but incredibly slow most of the time. Today I ordered several things, including a quarter pounder with cheese, they prepared it with no patty, which was not discovered until I got home. I suggest if you do decide to eat here, be sure to open every container and check every item before pulling out of the drive thru. Today I decided to post about my experience because I've tried calling them to correct the mistake that they made, but no one will answer the phone.
