I guess this is what I view as the universal lack of full customer service as the years move forward. The store employee, while very nice, did not fully answer my question and when it came time to ‘solve’ the issue, I found myself having to contact Verizon and waiting on hold. I guess my question might be, ‘why did I need to make an appointment at the store if I also needed to call customer service at a later date?’ Anyway, the store was very clean and update if that assists anyone in deciding to patronize it. I simply found the experience to be underwhelming.
