Fries were cold and old, nothing like it used to be. Drive thru lady was rude and didn't even say thank you or have a great day

My family went to McDonald’s this evening, 10pm, and ordered the 10pc meal and the 2 cheeseburgers meal.. all of which was a complete waste of $20 1) The sweet tea I ordered was literally the bottom of the barrel hours old tea and tasted like it. Worse on them is that just before they handed my tea to me they switched out the old tea with a new one. I asked to replace the tea with a Coke, which I didn’t want, and they did so. 2) After driving off and starting to eat my husband hands me my nuggets and they feel and taste just like cardboard. 3) the fries smelled and tasted old 4) my husbands burgers burnt, flat, and old as well

Went through the Drive Thru and didn't get half of the FOOD and one Drink that was ordered and paid for. Couldn't go back to tell them, because, of a Dr's. appointment. Which, I shouldn't have done in the first place... Making sure Next time if there is a Next time.

Kiosk didn't work when I placed order. After 10 minutes manager asked if I had ordered, told her yes at the kiosk She said kitchen didn't get it so she came over and helped m at kiosk once again, even w manager kiosk refused to work again so my order was taken again for the third time at the register. After about another 10 minutes I was given my food order. The manager was very helpful but seemed overworked and they were understaffed extremely. I saw a lot of non team players working there. It's hard to pay a little bit of nothing to these kids and expect great service but the manager seemed to be the only one who cares about anything that was going on. No other employee asked me if I had been waited on or anything. Not a good experience today. Oh yeah the food is outrageously expensive nowadays. I realize that's across the board but 10$ for a quarter pound cheeseburger an order of fries and a Dr. Pepper. Just a little higher than I think it should be. The food was ok but didn't taste like a 10 dollar burger to me. Thank you
