My family likes Giovanni's. However, tonight our carryout order was not right. Three issues: they told me twice it would take 45 minutes before it would be ready. It began raining, so we left earlier, and arrived15 minutes early. We expected to wait, which was fine. When we arrived the order was already sitting on the counter. Had we arrived when they told us, it would have been cold. The two other issues, which are much bigger have to deal with the food . I ordered breadsticks. They asked if we wanted cheesebread. I said no, just regular breadsticks. Guess what they charged me for and gave me - cheesebread. Next, I ordered 7 toppings. They forgot two of them: banana peppers and green peppers. But, we were charged for them.
