If I could give zero stars I would. As truck driver ran in and there was no one in line ordered one sausage McGriddle and 2 hash browns. 20 minutes later had to go still no food but had filled five orders in front of me one of which was 25 egg McGriddles and 18 hash browns politely asked and oops we don’t know must have deleted your order off screen asked if they could just quickly make it refused and then refused to refund money ….. I just left smh this place is a joke !!!! Tourist trap for surrounding. Tourist traps

Overall good service their employee Shawn did a great job of taking my order and he did it in one go other fast foods they usually mess up all around great service.

They supposedly didn't have bread, so they flat out didn't open the doors, they didn't go get bread... They didn't serve what they could... They just went outside and smoked... The line of customers in a very busy location, all on a schedule, waited for more than 40 minutes for them to open the doors. They didn't even acknowledge the pile of customers... I gave up and left. The managers and owners probably shouldn't be managers or owners. I've never seen worse service in my entire life... And I don't normally complain.
