I’m an over the road truck driver and was having balancing problems and struggling to drive the truck. The staff were very friendly and even made sure I had a ride back to my truck. Thank you all, I was able to make my deliveries, thanks to you all making sure I was not having a stroke.👍😎

The medical oath means nothing. Smacks of integrity issues or hypocrisy. Borders on staff taking pleasure in how much disrespect and emotional trauma they can inflict on patients and support caregivers. Administration you are accountable. Training in empathy is needed. Take note. Good feedback for you. Pretty much a toxic experience. Didn't feei right or good.

The trip I had to make to the ER was a lot more pleasant because of Nurse Kasandra Helbig, Tiffany Smith, and other staff that I didn't get there names, ever the administrator Alan Alexander came in and checked on me, from the bottom of my heart thank you all very much ❤

We were traveling for fall break and were about 200 miles away from home and our 16 month old daughter got sick. She had been super fussy throughout the day and had a fever so we took her in to get her checked out. The staff was AMAZING! The girl at the check in desk was very friendly, the nurse, Jennifer, was great with our daughter and listened to our concerns, and Dr. Ryan was wonderful. He listened to our concerns and thoroughly examined our daughter. But the superstar was the phlebotomist. I didn't catch her name, but she stuck my daughter 1 time and got all the blood she needed. My girl didn't even cry! Overall we were in the ER for less than 2 hours and we left with a diagnosis and prescription for antibiotics to help. Thank you for being so awesome with our family.
