Specifically asked to make sure they put the extra sauce and cheese on it, that they always charge me for and never do. Get the pizza and can’t even see sauce and no extra cheese. Then charge me $2 for a small pack of garlic butter.. Be my last time there

They messed up the order and did not offer to fix. It was for my students who were very disappointed with 8 cheese pizzas.

I recently placed an order online and I was very displeased with the customer service. The manager was very rude and condescending. He made me feel like I was cheap for redeeming my free pizza points that I earned. The manager was Chris at store #5419 at 2610 Gallatin pike Nashville Tn 37216.

We had an amazing experience! Leann was helpful and so nice! My kids loved watching her make the pizza, and she was very personable and answered all of their questions. Store was clean and the pizza box Christmas tree was so festive. Will definitely get pizza here again. Oh, and the pizza was so delicious!!

Very effective. 6ft from register. Only 3 people at a time, and barrier between employees and customers. Also extra friendly staff. Will not be disappointed 😃

2 Large 2 Topping Pizzas for $9.99/ea

Why should I give my name? If your employees don't feel comfortable to give their name. Yet you want my phone TOO? Not. I went to pizza hut 5 doors up

I would suggest speaking to management or someone with the company. It's not normal to want an entire phone in exchange for pizza. Most companies just ask for a name/order confirmation #. John McElhiney seems comfortable enough to use a name on the world wide web for everyone to see, why not give the same name to the people who will be handling his food?
