I place an order last Wednesday. They cancelled my order. Why? I don’t know. Yet they took the money from my account. Here we are a week later and no one can tell me anything solid. They’ve all got to speak to someone else or call me back. Jets was ok before Covid. Now they are trash. There alway something wrong with the deliver, delivery times and now they canceled my order and took my money. Thanks for nothing Jets.

Staff are really lazy. If the store is closing in 30 minutes they try to either get you give you excuses and not take your order. Employees have not been what they use to. Never returning.

Ordered 1 pizza at 6:55pm, was told a 35 min wait time. Showed up at 7:20pm, little early, and was told about 10 more minutes. No problem. It is currently 8:03pm and I just received my pizza. I understand the world is short staffed and I don’t mind waiting longer to go pick up my order, but don’t say 35 minutes & then me have to sit there for an additional 30. The same was happening for others there, please fix the system to give ACCURATE wait times.

Ordered thin crust and boneless wings. Jets Bellevue was kind enough to substitute a hand tossed and even threw in a side of salmonella! So excited for tomorrow!
