I don't know why when I call for my doctor I have to go through all my personal information with the call center. I will ask point blank if this is my doctors office, be told yes, then several questions later without the woman's name, I finally am informed that I'm only talking to Yolanda or Delanda or whatever In the call center. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS. If you're not in the office I would see my doctor in, you're not their office and don't need my life story and ailments. Not to mention the woman isn't very polite about taking the information to begin with. All the more reason to simply let me speak with a receptionist who can actually meet my needs.

Stephen T. in the ultrasound department is so wonderful! It is always such a positive experience every time I encounter him! Samaritan is lucky to have someone who makes patients feel so welcome and cared for!

Over the years Samaritan has become a first class full service hospital. They are genuinely concerned about the quality of their care. My wife recently underwent a surgery that required a stay afterward. I am absolutely impressed the the attention and care given by the staff, nurses, and doctors. I would like to compliment them by name, but am not sure if I can publically share that information. During down times I took a few pics of their attractive facility careful to avoid violating any patient privacy. I focussed on obvious public areas. I don't want to create any HIPAA problems.
