Very good food, drive-thru is slow. It is not fast when you have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru. Sure, it is insanely busy, (like 10-15 cars) and people inside, but maybe hire a few more people.

absolute disgrace, their lines are too long, great problem for the business but for a customer horrible, 40 minute wait, got home with my food gravy lid in my chicken strip basket was not secured it dumped on my foot and burned it pretty bad. wish there was another location in moses to frequent because this one isn't even worth the money anymore absolutely disgraceful

When I was in today. Almost all of the employees clothes were covered in ice cream. No body was wearing gloves or hairnets. One employee even used their fingers to scoop ice cream off the side of the cup back into it. Not to mention I even seen one employee eating from a customer's blizzard while they were making it. All together nobody there should have a job there and the store should go under some serious changes.

We usually have a pleasant experience here. However, the one weekend day, in the middle of the day, that I have a craving for a blizzard and there are signs all over the door and drive through that they are closed. No reason. No other Dairy Queen in town. I was very disappointed.

At the time we were there, yes there were long lines, so we went inside to get our ice cream. I can tell you that nearly every order that went out during that time were sundaes, banana splits, but the majority were Blizzards. Every person working in the front was doing an excellent job. (I worked in the food service business for over 35 years). If some restaurants want to hire pleasant, respectful, polite young people, I say train first at DQ! During the time I was there, patiently waiting, I experienced and witnessed hard workers, doing the best they could with the ice cream machines not working, the long line of cars, customers waiting for their orders inside, etc. Every one of the workers were working to their full potential. And there was a full staff in there. I think all of your city was at DQ last evening.
No
Drive through only still
It depends on the franchise. Most places have it available all day while others honor it between 11 and 4.
You know the time you order and spending money at this fast food is crazy to be disrespected as a customer like cmon you guys need to go back and do your customer service skills again
