Got turned away for not having helmet and pads. Can I not just sign a waiver? Membership rule is dumb also, not everyone is local and I just wanted to skate the park one time and I'm not paying for that. Do yourself a favour and go to nearby Stoner skatepark for free.

This might look like an awesome skatepark other than the fact that it only opens at 12 pm, you have to buy an expensive membership, you are only allowed to ride skateboards, no scooters, BMXs, roller skates, AND did I mention that you have to wear all gear including knee pads, helmets, elbow pads, wrist gaurds. So considering all of this I dont think its worth it just to go to a medicore park

Pretty lame, they required a 15$ member ship, a helment and every form of padding other wise u could not skate. It looked really fun but all these rules ruin it for those who dont have the money or gear. 👎👎👎

Yes, you need to register and pay a nominal fee. We pay quarterly.
The day/quarter/annual fees are different for non-residents vs. Santa Monica residents; everyone has to pay registration (which includes a 1 day pass). BMX rates are cheaper due to the limited 'Bikes only' hours.

Yes. Except for 7pm to 10pm Mondays and Thursdays because it is BMX (bicycle) night on those days. Adult skate times and nights are Wednesdays and Sunday 7pm to 10pm roller skaters often there during adult hours. Enjoy

Yes and full pads (but as long as you have long pants and long sleeves+helmet you're good).
