Great smoothies! Not a huge fan of the gluten free waffle; I wouldn’t order it again but smoothies and food in the store were top notch! Great selection and wonderful outdoor seating. Friendly staff and the soup smelled great! We always stop here when we drive through town!

Great little store. Lots of variety. But the food/coffee bar really needs some help. It took nearly 40 minutes for a juice and bowl. Four people working and so disorganized. They just keep taking orders and people lined up everywhere.

Nice market in Wenatchee. Small produce section but enough for the pantry. The ambiance is pretty chilled, with high chairs by tall glass window, a comfy couch and seating outside. The store has a cafe counter like PCC in Seattle. I had a fruit smoothie and it was fine. The bowl however could do a bit of improvement. They could be more innovative, staying mainstream without too much exotic yet have a balanced mix. The roasted vegetables were a mere tablespoon, the base rice was huge quantity. All in all, not a bad place to visit while in Wenatchee for a short while or longer duration.

Unfortunately my most recent experience was not great. The employees definitely need to be more welcoming to their customers from entering to leaving the store. I feel the employees are always more worried about stocking product then they are about assisting customers needs. It would be nice if they have a name tag with their position in store to be able to recognize if they would or not be able to assist the customer with questions. I understand prices for food have been on the rise. Although this store has always had high prices for food items. There are items you can definitely find elsewhere for a better price that are the same exact brand. The only time I felt welcomed and was able to be helped was by the manager/owner. There is a difference when they can assist you with a product and actually have knowledge of it. I recommend signs in each aisle to guide the customer through type of product available. It can get confusing looking through so much names of supplements and vitamins etc. I hope to be able to return and have a better experience at the Natural Food Store in Wenatchee.
