I called multiple times yesterday and no one answered and their mailbox was full. Today (08/6) I went in like THE LETTER THEY LEFT ME SAID TO DO and they were rude and not helpful at all. No one could tell me where my package was. It was supposed to be delivered on 08/5 but the email in the morning said it wouldn’t fit in the mailbox because it was full. ITS CORNHOLE BOARDS. It wouldn’t even fit in an empty mailbox, they just wouldn’t bring it to the door. Then they told me it would cost $100 to have it delivered even though they were ordered on Amazon. And if I refused to pay them the $100 it would be returned to Amazon. They wouldn’t tell me when it would be delivered or if I could pick it up. It’s for my wedding and no one will provide any help.

I was told today that the reason we don't get packages delivered at work is because the driver can choose not to. We have a gate at work that they would just need to call security and bring in the package but they apparently don't have to if they don't want to. Lazy if you ask me.

I knew that the customer service here was bad but for the most part my experiences have been alright. This last time I went in though was bad, just a flat out disrespectful experience with an employee–Jamie. I came in asking for some clarification on an issue I was having; she first off gave the impression that she didn't want to help me (pretty sure that working as a mail clerk includes helping customers), she kept trying to push that I fix the issue myself online (if I'm out running errands I'll rather do it in person), when she gave me back my ID she basically just threw it at me and to top it off she made it an issue that I had moved alot in the past (?). Jamie was rude and it was unwarranted

Would give zero stars but it won't give that option. It's impossible call them and get through to an actual person. And I stopped trying to ship things through them when they couldn't find a whole apartment building to deliver a friend's birthday gift. I tried 4 separate times to ship that gift, and paid them so much in the process that I could have bought bus tickets and delivered it myself by the time I gave up. When I can hand deliver my own packages in less time, and for less money, that makes the USPS kinda useless. Get better or die out and leave room for a better option.

Before you move
Nope
I don't know,I don't work there. Maybe weather?
Give them time. The mail that is held is in a separate area because the Post Office was down sized so much.
Yes, they do passports there.
An answer for what?
Yes
Packages are received at the processing plant all night long. They are transferred to the retail store on Maple St. in the early morning hours. They are sorted and ready for pick up when the store opens.
Mail is delivered where it is addressed. It is not uncommon for there to be people with different last names living at the same address. If you are receiving mail for someone who no longer is at the address you can have that mail forwarded to them. Though responsibility falls on the individual to provide the postal service with a current address. For persons who are deceased you can write return to sender and deceased on the mail and it will make it's way back to the sender.
