I dropped in today without an appointment to hopefully replace my iwatch that I had lost in the ocean. My Apple genius, Eugene, was there right away to help me with my needs. He set me up with the perfect iwatch replacement and a strap that was sure to not come off the next time I'm in the water! He help me through the whole process of setting it up and I was out the door happy as can be in no time.

I bought the Mophie 3 in 1 stand for my wife for mother's day and the young man failed to tell that the mag safe charger was sold separately. I'm a Samsung guy and I really don't understand why Apple didn't make a 3 in 1 stand like Samsung. Why does Apple use aftermarket products for their devices. A horrible experience. Please schedule your store personnel meetings in the back and not in the main store so everyone can see you. Open your store on time. Wow really. Samsung forever.

I don't know how they do it! They really truly do have geniuses at the genius bar! The amount of patience these people have is amazing. They are always so busy but they still have time to answer questions. 😎👍

Located in the mall this store is in a great location and always seems to carry enough in stock to find what you're looking for. The staff here are also super friendly and take pleasure in helping you out with whatever you may need when you come in.

I think 💭 the best way is to go directly to the Apple store at the Mission Viejo Mall. They have everything you want and will answer all your questions.

Don't believe so. They discontinued those earlier this year. Try a retailer like Walmart or Target, they may still have them.
