Shout out to these professionals over here! We here for PGF Nationals and my daughters glove snapped a few laces in her glove. Found this place and they fixed it for $5! Took about 30 minutes! Great staff at this amazing sporting good store. They have everything! Actually not much softball but tons of baseball, lacrosse and hockey. May want to expand the softball area seeing how this is the Mecca for Fastpitch Softball!👍🏾👍🏾

Very rude and unprofessional cashier. We were just in to purchase some softball clothes for my daughter and were on the way to practice, so she wore the new pants to the register. First, I asked why several identical pants were priced differently with color being the only difference. Besides ignoring my inital question, he was trying to tell me i needed to have her take the pants off to remove the security feature, and to scan the pants. I repeated my question and he persisted about the pants being removed. I again asked about the pricing and with more attitude he said he didn't know, gave poor answers like "maybe one has belt loops". Seriously??? The pants were all there with NO belt loops. Finally a (competent)employee came over and explained the price difference and handed me the magnet to remove the security feature without my daughter taking off her pants. The first employee needs a job AWAY from the public as he had ZERO customer service skills and POORLY represents monkey sports. What a jackass!

They have everything you need for hockey. Joe was helping me find the perfect skates and was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. Definitely my go to hockey store.

They usually have them when you go in go left to the far door by the practice rink. They hang them there
The place is currently understaffed. And then most specialized products takes time. But also, everyone there is super helpful and caring.
It is like ever place, everyone wear a mask and people are "trying" to stall 6 feet away.

Yes, all stitching is sent to Allen, TX though. Take it to the Irvine store, and you'll fill out paperwork of what you would like done.
